Hi,
What happens when the annual membership is coming to an end, does it automatically renew and the method of payment charged or does it stop working until we manually renew?
If it's an auto-renewal, is there a termination period we need to give?

There's no termination period, just select the free plan from the pricing page https://cluelabs.com/pricing and complete the plan enrollment. This way, when your old plan expires, the free plan will kick in. Otherwise, if no new plan is selected, the old plan will auto renew.
