I want to give the chatbot a customer persona for sales training
Hi, I would like to use the chatbot for a sales training scenario. I would like the chatbot to respond as a buyer would based on information about the buyer, the company, their needs, and their concerns that I would upload into the knowledge base. Can I do this with cluelabs? Thank you!

It's better if you select Google Gemini as the information source. Providing personality instructions as the knowledge base will probably work too, but Google Gemini will be more reliable for this. For example, for Demo #1 on the chatbot page we selected Gemini and then typed up the instructions for the chatbot (see the screenshot below). And you will do something similar for your use case as well.
