Voice to text AI its not really working in spanish
When I speak in English, the voice-to-text seems to work properly, but when I try to use it in Spanish, it doesn't really work. It only recognizes one or two words, and not very well. Can you fix it or give me a recommendation?

When you are setting up the chatbot, under the "Voice Interface" header there is a setting for language. Check if you have it set to English and if so - change to Spanish. That will probably help.

Yes, I know that, I've already done it, but the Spanish detection is so poor :)

Hi, I still can't access a good use of voice to text in Spanish. Could you please review it or give me some guidelines on how to improve it?

Hi, I've been doing some tests and I've verified that the problem occurs when the interaction is done through Storyline. If I work in Online Chat it works perfectly. Likewise, I need to use Storyline, since I need to store some data.

Any chance you are uploading your Storyline module to an Articulate resource like Articulate Review, for example? Articulate site blocks many APIs, including MediaRecorder, which is needed to be able to access the microphone. So the voice recognition will not work there.
We are looking into the code and can't find any differences between the online chat and the Storyline chat, which means that whatever you are seeing is due to a platform/location, not the JavaScript itself.
