It's hard to troubleshoot without seeing your triggers. See if you can post your .story file (not the entire project, just the few slides that use the widget).

The ID in the variable clabsSheetsWidgetID does not exist. If you create a new widget and replace the value with a proper ID then it should work.

I did it a few times and it still doesn't work.
The steps I took:
1. Created a new widget
2. Linked the widget to the sheet (authorized sheetswidget@cluelabs.com to be an editor of the sheet and copied the code)
3. downloaded the sheets_widget.story
4. changed the value of clabsSheetsWidgetID to the ID provided in by the widget
5. published the project to review 360 and clicked save

but still nothing works

Ok, the issue was that the trigger on the master slide was modified. I replaced it with the correct trigger from the starter file and now the file works. Here's the updated file: https://we.tl/t-lRmnB0mVux
