User/student receiving 414: URI Too Long message with PDF Maker
Hello! I just received a message from a student who received a 414 error (URI too long) message while utilizing the PDF maker. Any ideas on how we could troubleshoot this?
In this PDF Maker widget, there are four individual prompts (text fields) that accept input. It was produced in Captivate and hosted in Canvas.
In another support thread, I read that the length of text that students/users input could impact the URI/URL. What else do you need from me to help with this? Thank you!

The user described attempting to access multiple versions--I have a few in one course. But, maybe we can work with this one: AAD 670 Fillable Table.
