David, here are some things you can try:

- Make sure all of the past invoices are paid

- Make sure you have a credit card on file if you're exceeding the free limit of calls

- Make sure the server where the courses are hosted is not blocking Google Cloud resources

David, one more thing you can try is keep the browser console open when running the module and check if any javascript errors come up.
