PDF Maker: When Learners download the document do they use from my credit?
I used the PDf maker with the free plan. I was wondering if the credits are deducted when each learner downloads the PDf as well, or only when I use the widget to create the pdf in storyline? Also, is that subject to change? I am just worried about publishing the course to an LMS then the learners getting the message that there is no credit or something along those lines.

Hello. Each download uses one credit. If you run out, it probably just won't download, there isn't any specific message that they will see. There's also a default notification that you will receive by email when you use 80% of the quota, so you'll have enough time to make adjustments if needed.
