PDF is missing text

The downloaded PDF is missing some of the text from the Word document. I have re-uploaded the document several times, and the text that goes missing varies.

Use the Custom Development portal to send the PDF file that was produced, we will check.

Karen, thank you for reporting. The issue was fixed, the text should now all be there.
