My leaderboard shows null on entry when I test my Articulate project
I have the GamerName and GamerScore triggers set to match my Articulate Storyline project. Articulate is calculating the score properly but both fields in ClueLabs show "NULL". What can I do to fix this?

Storyline variables are case-sensitive. Most likely you're using something like "gamername" on the website but "GamerName" in Storyline, that's why it doesn't see the values.
