Limit Exceeded
I have created a certificate within storyline/word and used Javascript to download it as a PDF. This was working perfectly last week, however now when you click to download the PDF it comes up with "Limit Exceeded" on the page where it used to say that your download should start shortly.

How do I rectify this please?

It sounds like you exceeded your plan's PDF quota for the month. You can track your usage and select a different plan on the Usage Statistics page: https://cluelabs.com/account/usage

Hello, I haven't exceeded that though as 3 credits have only been used as per the usage statistics. The plan I am on states 30 credit per month. So a little confused.

I was able to check your account and verify that it says "Allowed by Plan: 30, Used: 30" (see the screenshot below). Your credits will reset on April, 3rd.
