I am sending a name and points from storyline to a google sheet and it puts the name in one line and the points in a line below.
I am collecting a name on one slide and then total points earned in the last slide. Initially there was no issue and the name and points went on the same row.
But then everything changed and now the name goes on one row and the points appear on a row below.
The columns are right but it keeps skipping rows.
What would be causing this?

If you were setting up the triggers manually, the first item on the instructions list is "Open Storyline/Captivate and create a blank text variable stencilsheetstoken." You should verify that you created this variable as this is where Storyline stores the working row in the spreadsheet. Without it, each new entry will go on a new row.
