Sorry, I must be dim but I've followed the instructions and the bar shows up where it's supposed to but, like the original poster, the progress doesn't change. I see that the progress is driven by the changes to the variable value but I don't see what changes the variable's value? I feel like I'm missing an Adjust Variable trigger but I don't know what that would look like. Any help would be appreciated.

Same problem for me. The Progress bar isn't changing. Followed the instructions.
