The billing is done per character:
- If the chatbot writes an answer based on the text paragraph - the number of characters in the text + question asked + answer provided.
- If the chatbot uses question/answer pairs - the number of characters in all pairs + question asked.
- If the chatbot uses ChatGPT - the number of characters in the prompt + question asked + answer provided.
There is a line for AI Text Processing on the
Usage Statistics page that informs you of the total, used, and remaining credits.
If you are using speech features - look for the Speech Generation and Speech Recognition lines in addition to AI text processing.
If you are using email and/or texting - look for Email and Text Messaging lines in addition to AI text processing.
