Feedback not displaying + Error 402 Payment
We're using a chatbot to provide feedback in a Storyline slide but the feedback comes back empty. I have contacted Articulate support and they've encountered the following error message: https://cluelabs.com/api/cluelabs/answers/display 402 (Payment Required)

I have checked the Cluelabs account: the payments are up to date and the usage for this month under 15% of the total for the plan.

Could you please help?

Or, even better, if possible - please upload the .story file so we can check everything. You can use the custom development portal to send the link privately.

The chatbot used in the story file you sent is not created under your account. The user who owns that chatbot does not have a paid plan and is out of free credits for the month, that's why you are getting that message. You can ask them to transfer the chatbot to you by clicking on the hamburger menu on the AI Chatbot page and selecting "Transfer" or you can create a new chatbot in your account and just replace the clabsAnswersWidgetID variable in the story file.

I did try creating a new chatbot, as you suggested (name: Feelings Dec24) and it doesn't seem to work either. It does when I test it in Cluelabs, but not in Storyline Preview nor Review.
