Data not captured in the Data Cloud field when exiting the course from LMS.
I am triggering data capture for each slide sequentially, starting from the beginning of the course, to ensure that the data is recorded in the Data Cloud. However, I have observed that the data capture in the Data Cloud is slow.

One critical issue I’ve noticed is that if a learner completes all the slides and exits the course, data capture for some slides up to a certain point is successful, but the remaining slides' data is never captured. This happens even though the learner triggered the data capture events for those slides.

Hello. Sure, we can help you troubleshoot. First: geographically, where in the world the people who access the course are located? I mean, which country/continent?

The database location you selected for your data table is set to USA, South Carolina. So, for each data point you're saving to Data Cloud, the signal has to travel twice from Japan all the way to South Carolina and back. And as more transactions are added to the pipeline with each slide, the backlog increases, which results in the user closing the browser window before all of the transactions are processed.

If you select the storage location in Asia (Singapore), there will be less distance between the user and the database which will result in faster transactions. Note that it won't let you change the location for an existing data table, you will need to create a new one at the new location. If this is an issue, I can make the change on my end, but you will have to delete all of the current data in the table.

Also note that you can change your default data storage location that will apply to all of your resources going forward, just look for the Data Governance section in your Account at https://cluelabs.com/account/profile#account-data-governance

Yes you can change at your end. Please let us only remove the data from the table not to remove the data table which we have created on data cloud.

The data is still being captured very slowly. Ideally, all assessment data should be captured for each slide within 4–5 seconds. However, after completing the assessment, it takes 4–5 minutes to capture all the data if the course window remains open.

One critical issue is that if a learner exits the course upon completion, the data is not captured further. This is a major concern for our client, as the LMS marks the course as completed, but the user data is not being captured on your server.

I am testing the course on SCORM Cloud (Country: India). However, the actual learners are based in Japan and will access this course through the PMI Fuse LMS. I have also tested the course on PMI Fuse LMS and observed that data capturing is slow there as well. please help

Thank you for reporting, we are looking into this. Can you please send your story file that you're using for testing? Go to the Custom Development portal and send a link through a message there so you don't have to post your file publicly. Thank you!
