Data captured is overlapping and replacing previous entries
I have a slide where learners will predict sales in fields for 3 different months. Each month is stored in a different layer. (Month1,2,3)
The challenge is when I start the course, for the first month the data comes perfect, the moment I input for next month it replaces the previous month's data. I need all the 3 months' data in 3 different rows.

If you save data to the same column, then, naturally, it will be overwritten. If you save to a different column, then it will appear in a different column.
