Can AI chatbots in Articulate be used and accessed once the course is published in an LMS?
If the AI chatbot for Storyline is set up according to instructions, then the storyline file is sent to a 3rd party as a scorm package and uploaded to their lms, can the users accessing it from the LMS use the AI chatbot with no problems?

As long as they have internet, there should be no issues. There are some LMS platforms that block third-party tools, in that case you need to specefically whitelist the domain "cluelabs.com" in their settings, but it's not common.
