It seem all of sudden they are unable to capture the data again ,there are no changes at all but just not working anymore

Each pricing plan provides a certain amount of monthly credits for each type of activity. You've used all of the Sheets credits for this billing cycle. The credits will reset at the end of the billing period. You can always check and monitor your usage on the Usage page at https://cluelabs.com/account/usage
