What is exactly the text processing? Does this mean that the source text (in my example 4000 characters) is added up to the allowed text processing at each attempt? If this is the case how do you envision the use of this chatbot in a elearning audience of e.g. 200 persons?

Yes, the cost of a single request is the character count in the source text + question + answer. So, in your example, you can estimate 4500 characters per request. The Enterprise plan provides 16,000,000 characters per month - enough to run your chatbot 3500 times. And if this is not enough - reach out for a custom plan with even higher caps.
