Added chatbot widget to storyline, microphone access denied by the browser
I created a chatbot and enabled the microphone options in cluelabs as well as audio responses. I downloaded the sample storyline file when I created my chatbot. I added the widget ID to the variable. Then I published the slide to Review360.
https://360.articulate.com/review/content/7bcdcf4a-5491-434d-b855-4aed221e71ec/review
When I click on the microphone button I get a browser pop-up that says:
"An embedded page at articulateusercontent.com says Microphone access denied by the browser."
This happens in Edge, Firefox, and Chrome.

Typing and clicking submit works. The response text from the bot appears and it reads back to me. I just can't use the microphone to speak to the bot.

This is due to the Articulate 360 site blocking microphone permissions. There's absolutely nothing you can do about it (other than not using Articulate 360). An easy way to check if your microphone works under the normal circumstances is to try a demo at https://cluelabs.com/ai-chatbot-elearning-widget (for example #1) which also uses the microphone. If the demo works for you, you will know for sure that your microphone works as expected when the hosting site is not blocking access to it.
