Proprietary information in chatbot: security and confidentiality
I would like to know how your services interact with proprietary information.
For example, if I were to design an e-learning module to train marketing representatives of Company A on the new strategy for next year, and I were to provide the chatbot with the strategy text (confidential to the company), what measures are in place in Cluelabs to keep this information safe?
Also which methods to access the chatbot would you recommend in this situation?
