Stopped capturing in Feb. 2021.
I have been using the stencil for Data Cloud for just over a year.

David, here are some things you can try:
- Make sure all of the past invoices are paid
- Make sure you have a credit card on file if you're exceeding the free limit of calls
- Make sure the server where the courses are hosted is not blocking Google Cloud resources
